The word is out. Last night, Raw was a hit. The show was great from top to bottom and now it’s SmackDown’s turn to woo the pro wrestling faithful. The blue brand is fighting an uphill battle not only because they have the weaker roster, but the length of their show is held to a strict two hours with no five to fifteen minute overrun.
There is one thing that SmackDown must do to make sure that their maiden voyage into the new era is smooth sailing.

After many delays, which led to even more question if he would ever step foot in the octagon, on September 10th, CM Punk will make his long-awaited UFC debut when he faces Mickey Gall in a welterweight bout at UFC 203 in Cleveland, Ohio.
UFC 203 is headlined by Stipe Miocic, defending the heavyweight title for the first time against Alistair Overeem. In the co-main event, Fabricio Werdum, who lost the title to Miocic, looks to get back in the championship picture as he takes on Ben Rothwell. WWE announced the complete lineup for this summer’s Cruiserweight Classic tournament, which begins July 13th on the WWE Network. Adam Kohn and I look at the 32 participants as there were some expected names and some surprises. We also discuss the overall landscape of cruiserweight wrestling in 2016 as we could be in the midst of a renaissance for the division.
Never has a WWE contracted wrestler been allowed to fight in a professional combative setting. That all changed on Saturday when it was announced on the UFC 199 pay-per-view broadcast that Brock Lesnar will make his return to the octagon next month at UFC 200 on July 9th.
