History and Doubt Equals Opportunity at Hell in a Cell

From the midnight ride of Paul Revere to the Red Sox breaking the 86-year Curse of the Bambino, Boston is no stranger to historic moments occurring on its shores. Another such moment, on a different scale, is set to occur on October 30 as Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte will be the first ever women’s match to take place inside of Hell in a Cell, at the TD Garden.

Mick Foley upped the ante when he announced Tuesday morning on Facebook that Sasha Banks and Charlotte will main event Hell in a Cell. Later on, Foley deflated the balloon of excitement when he clarified that the match order for the show is not yet final.

Goldberg Returns to Monday Night Raw

After months of speculation, Bill Goldberg returned to WWE, last night, on Monday Night Raw for the first time in over twelve years. He accepted Brock Lesnar’s challenge, with the expectation that Goldberg vs. Lesnar will eventually be made official for Survivor Series on November 20.

The crowd inside the Pepsi Center came unglued as they chanted “Holy sh*t” and “This is Awesome” before Goldberg said a word. The real emotion exhibited by Goldberg anchored the segment as he turned to his wife and son at ringside and said it was their first time seeing him live. WWE No Mercy Preview & Predictions

The main event features a triple threat match for the WWE World Championship with AJ Styles defending against Dean Ambrose and John Cena.

Carrer versus Title match will also take center stage as Dolph Ziggler puts his career on the line for one last shot at The Miz’s Intercontinental Championship.

Goldberg vs. Lesnar Reportedly on for Survivor Series

Wrestling Observer is reporting that the announcement of a Bill Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar singles match at Survivor Series on 11/20 is apparently forthcoming. For months, rumors have been circulating about the possibility regarding the WWE return of Goldberg since he and Lesnar have been featured in the marketing of the new WWE 2K17 video game. Boom Studios Unleashes ‘Mighty Morphin Power Rangers’ Vol. 1

Normally, a comic book series based a popular television show delivers more of the same at best while often providing a watered down version of the source material.

Kyle Higgins makes BOOM! Studios’ run of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers a compelling exception to the rule by using familiar elements to serve the narrative in a fashion that triggers nostalgia while touching on things that the kid-friendly show ignored.

Here, Higgins and company sprinkle in safety concerns and protocols that remind, or perhaps, enlightens the reader that no sane person would want to live in Angel Grove due to the amount of monster activity that plagues the city.

Also, how come no one ever attacked the Rangers at home? Why is it that only Jason and Tommy’s Zords saw one on one combat? All of these things and more come into play throughout the book.
